Minimum wage earners in Saskatchewan will be getting a 36 cent an hour increase this fall. Effective October 1st, it will boost the minimum from $11.45 to $11.81 an hour. In Manitoba, the minimum will go from %11.90 to $11.95 October 1st. Nunavut has the highest minimum Canada, at $16 an hour.
